CAMVOYAGE TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to CAMVOYAGE, a product of Caasitech Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). CAMVOYAGE is a technology-driven platform designed to facilitate the booking and management of intercity bus tickets in Cameroon and for Cameroonians abroad.

By accessing or using the CAMVOYAGE platform ("Service"), including our web portal and Progressive Web App (PWA), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

CAMVOYAGE provides users with the ability to:

Browse and purchase intercity bus tickets.
View and manage ticket details using phone numbers or ticket reference codes.
Receive seamless booking experiences facilitated by mobile money payments and PayPal.

CAMVOYAGE acts as an intermediary between users and bus operators ("Agencies"). We do not own, operate, or manage any buses or transportation services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
Provide accurate and truthful information when booking tickets or interacting with the platform.

3. Account Creation

CAMVOYAGE does not require users to create accounts. Tickets and booking details can be retrieved using a ticket reference code or OTP sent to the user's phone number.

4. Payment and Fees

All payments are processed via mobile money platforms supported in Cameroon.
CAMVOYAGE charges a service fee of 5% for ticket prices below 5000 FCFA or 500 FCFA for ticket prices above 5000 FCFA. This fee is displayed transparently at the time of booking.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds are allowed once a ticket is purchased.

5. Ticket Management

Users can manage their tickets through the platform using:

Ticket reference codes.
Phone numbers linked to the booking.
OTP-based authentication.

Tickets may be downloaded, printed, shared, rescheduled, or canceled (subject to agency policies).

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Provide accurate details, including name, ID number, and phone number, when booking tickets.
Safeguard your ticket reference code and OTP to prevent unauthorized access.

You acknowledge that:

CAMVOYAGE is not responsible for bus delays, cancellations, or other operational issues related to Agencies.
CAMVOYAGE does not guarantee seat assignments unless explicitly specified by the Agency.

7. Data Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

CAMVOYAGE is an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or reliability of transportation services provided by Agencies.
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAMVOYAGE and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:

Your use or inability to use the Service.
Errors or inaccuracies in ticketing or scheduling information.
Issues with bus operations, including delays or cancellations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the CAMVOYAGE platform are the property of Caasitech Group, LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activities.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Cameroonian laws. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
